Digipak

  1. I think that more consistency between the panels would work better, but I like the use of the band's logo throughout both the digipak and the advert. The album and song names are also very vreative and fit the genre well.

  2. I believe your album needs to follow a better consistency as you are currently using too many different images/themes which makes it quite overwhelming and means it doesn't it together as well. Also, it is hard to tell which panel belongs where as there is no striking front style. I like the idea you have used on your disk inside and on the back with the song names. You have generally used similar font styles which flows well and all writing is easy to read. The blue colour works well but needs to remain the same shade throughout your album. The images look slightly stretched which makes them less professional. You have included lots of information and additional features for the audience which is beneficial. I like the logo the best and feel like this looks professional.

  3. I think this is a good digipak however there is a lot going on and it detracts from the overall image of the digipak. I think the colour scheme needs to be more defined as it is very varied and the font and colour of text should be changed. For example the black text on the front cover is very hard to read and would work better in a brighter colour such as white. I think the pictures used are good however some seem to be stretched and make the digipak look unprofessional. If you are using pictures they should be a constant colour scheme or you could make the whole digipak black with white, bold font to make the text stand out. I also think the logo has been used too many times, it only needs to be there once on the right cover. I think with improvement this will be a high quality, authentic digipak.

  4. I like this digipak however think there is abit too much going on which distracts the reader from the main information. Moreover I like the symbols however think they may clash with the photoshopped images slightly? You have included good information which is beneficial to the viewer.

  5. I like how you have used the logo for the band on the digipak as it would stand out to those who know it. I also feel as though all the text is readable which is effective. I think the images are good although they look a little stretched which takes away the professionalism of them. I think an improvement could be to ensure there is more consistency throughout the digipak.

  7. I feel you could use a more creative image for your front cover to make it more exciting as the text over the top cant be seen. I don't really like the font you have used on the inside pages either. However, I really like the idea of having your band logo behind the CD as the shape matches. You have thought of nice touches and ideas to feature in your digipak to make it unique. I also like the colour scheme you have chosen as the elements stand out and compliment each other. I don't feel you have created an authentic looking product yet but it isn't far off.
